- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will attract a cancellation charge of 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure will attract a cancellation charge of 70% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 0–10 days before departure will attract a cancellation charge of 85% of the total package cost.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions or circumstances beyond our control, certain activities may be cancelled. Wherever possible, an alternative activity will be offered. No refund will be provided for activities that cannot be operated.
- 100% cancellation charges may apply to last-minute cancellations caused by flight cancellations, natural calamities, changes to flight or ferry schedules, technical issues, adverse weather, high tides or sea conditions.

- The upfront booking amount is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
- The complete package cost must be paid before the commencement of the tour. Pending payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Travellers must carry valid government-issued identification documents.
- Booking transfers are not permitted. Only travellers named on the confirmed booking will be allowed to travel.
- No refund will be provided for unused inclusions, meals, sightseeing, transfers or activities voluntarily not availed by the traveller.
