- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date will attract a cancellation charge of 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before the trip start date will attract a cancellation charge of 70% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made within 0–10 days before the trip start date will attract a cancellation charge of 85% of the total package cost.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, natural events or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled or modified. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative wherever possible; however, no refund will be provided for activities cancelled due to such circumstances.
- In the event of last-minute cancellation caused by flight cancellation, natural calamities, changes in flight schedules or other circumstances beyond our control, applicable supplier and booking cancellation charges may be deducted, potentially up to 100% of the booking amount.
- Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the specific hotel, transport provider, camp or other service provider. The applicable cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking will prevail.

- The advance amount paid towards the booking is non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- The full trip payment must be cleared before the commencement of the tour. Pending payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and present it whenever required.
- Booking transfers or changes in traveller names are not permitted unless specifically approved by the service provider.
- No refund will be provided for any inclusions or services that are voluntarily not used by the traveller.
- Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, valuables and documents. Time To Book Holidays will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
- Sightseeing and activities are subject to local conditions, operating hours, weather and availability.
- The itinerary may be adjusted when necessary due to traffic, road conditions, weather, local restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control, while keeping the overall travel experience as close as reasonably possible to the planned itinerary.
- Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per the respective property's standard policy.
- Any additional expenses arising from changes requested by the traveller will be payable directly by the traveller.
