- Cancellation made 30 days before the trip start date will attract 50% of the total package cost as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made 15–30 days before the trip start date will attract 70% of the total package cost as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made within 0–10 days before the trip start date will attract 85% of the total package cost as cancellation charges.
- In case of unexpected weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational challenges, certain activities may be cancelled. The team will make every possible effort to provide suitable alternatives; however, no refund will be provided for such changes.
- 100% cancellation charges will apply for last-minute cancellations caused due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, changes in flight schedules, technical issues, weather conditions, ferry delays, high tides, or sea conditions.
- In case of pandemic-related lockdowns or government restrictions, a credit note will be issued, valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Any revised booking will be calculated according to the applicable seasonal or off-season rates. Please confirm the final cost with the reservation team.

- Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip. Failure to clear pending payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Government-issued ID verification is mandatory before boarding. Guests without valid identification will not be allowed to travel.
- Booking transfers are not permitted. Only guests whose names are confirmed at the time of booking will be allowed to participate.
- No refund will be provided for any unused inclusions or services not selected by the client.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, and valuables. The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the tour.
