- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, natural calamities, or operational disruptions, certain activities may be cancelled or modified. An alternative may be offered wherever possible; however, no refund will be provided for an activity that cannot be operated.
- For last-minute cancellations caused by flight cancellations, natural calamities, technical issues, adverse weather, ferry disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control, cancellation charges may be up to 100%.
