- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, certain activities may be modified or cancelled. Wherever possible, an alternative will be arranged; however, refunds may not be available for such changes.
- In the event of last-minute cancellation caused by flight cancellations, natural calamities, technical issues, severe weather, or other force majeure circumstances, applicable cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the booking amount.
- Cancellation terms may vary depending on hotel, transport, activity, or supplier policies. The applicable terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
