Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure will attract a cancellation fee of 70% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of departure will attract a cancellation fee of 85% of the total package cost.
- In case of adverse weather, landslides, road closures, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, certain activities or routes may be modified or cancelled. The company will make reasonable efforts to arrange suitable alternatives, subject to availability.
- Any additional expenses arising from changes caused by weather, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond the company's control will be payable by the traveller.
Terms & Conditions
- A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the tour departure.
- Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply.
- Room availability is subject to the hotel's confirmation policy.
- The itinerary may be modified because of road conditions, landslides, weather, local regulations, temple timings or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Travellers must carry valid government-issued photo identification during the journey.
- Pony, Doli and helicopter services are optional and payable separately.
- Helicopter operations are subject to weather conditions, government regulations and operator availability.
- AC may not operate in certain high-altitude or hilly areas where local regulations or road conditions restrict its use.
- Children below the applicable age limit may be eligible for reduced fares depending on the accommodation arrangement.
- Any additional cost resulting from delays, road closures, natural events or other circumstances beyond the control of Time To Book Holidays will be borne by the traveller.
