- Cancellation made 30 days before the trip start date will attract 50% of the total package cost as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made 15–30 days before the trip start date will attract 70% of the total package cost as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation made within 0–10 days before the trip start date will attract 85% of the total package cost as cancellation charges.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational challenges, certain activities may be cancelled. The team will try to provide suitable alternatives wherever possible; however, no refund will be provided for such changes.
Terms & Conditions
- The upfront booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the trip. Pending payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory before boarding. Guests without proper identification will not be permitted to travel.
- Booking transfers are not permitted. Only guests whose names are confirmed during booking will be allowed to participate.
- No refund will be provided for unused inclusions or services not selected by the client.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, and valuables. The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the tour.
Important Note
- In case vehicles are unable to operate due to heavy snowfall, extreme weather conditions, or road restrictions, alternative transportation such as snow jeeps or Sumo vehicles with tyre chains may be arranged.
- Additional charges for such alternative vehicles will be payable directly by guests to the local taxi union.
