- Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellation 15–30 days before the trip: 70% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation 0–10 days before the trip: 85% of the total package cost will be charged.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational issues, certain activities may be modified or cancelled. An alternative may be offered wherever possible; however, no refund will be provided for an activity that cannot be operated.
- In case of last-minute cancellation caused by flight cancellation, natural calamity, change in flight schedule, technical issues, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond the service provider's control, cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the booking amount.
- Any applicable credit note or rescheduling option will be subject to the prevailing terms and availability at the time of request.
