- Cancellations made 15–30 days before the trip will attract a cancellation charge of 70% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 0–10 days before the trip will attract a cancellation charge of 85% of the total package cost.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, certain activities may be modified or cancelled. Wherever possible, an alternative arrangement will be offered. No refund will be provided for services that cannot be operated due to such circumstances.
- For last-minute cancellations caused by flight cancellations, natural calamities, technical issues, severe weather, or other unavoidable circumstances, cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the booking amount, depending on supplier policies.
- Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the policies of hotels, transport providers, camps, and activity operators.

- The advance booking amount is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
- The complete balance payment must be made before the start of the trip.
