Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before the trip will attract a cancellation fee of 70% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made within 0–14 days of the trip will attract a cancellation fee of 85% of the total package cost.
- Certain sightseeing activities or services may be affected by weather conditions, government restrictions, local circumstances, or operational issues. Wherever possible, an alternative arrangement will be provided. No refund will be provided for services that cannot be operated due to such circumstances.
- Last-minute cancellations caused by flight cancellations, natural calamities, technical issues, adverse weather conditions, or changes to transportation schedules may attract cancellation charges of up to 100% of the booking amount, depending on supplier policies.
- Individual hotel, transportation, and activity cancellation policies may also apply.
Terms & Conditions
- The advance payment made toward the booking is non-refundable, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
- Full payment must be made before the start of the trip. Pending payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for hotel check-in and travel services.
- Bookings are non-transferable. Only travelers whose names appear on the confirmed booking will be permitted to travel.
- No refund will be provided for services or inclusions voluntarily not used by the traveler.
- Travelers are responsible for their luggage, valuables, personal belongings, and important documents. Time To Book Holidays will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, local conditions, attraction timings, or operational requirements while maintaining the overall travel experience wherever possible.
- Hotel check-in and check-out will be governed by the respective hotel's policies.
- Any additional expense arising from changes requested by the traveler during the trip will be payable separately.
- All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
