• Cancellation made 30 days before the trip start date will attract 50% cancellation charges of the total package cost.
• Cancellation made 15–30 days before the trip start date will attract 70% cancellation charges of the total package cost.
• Cancellation made within 0–10 days before the trip start date will attract 85% cancellation charges of the total package cost.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances, certain activities may be cancelled. We will make every possible effort to provide alternate arrangements; however, no refund will be provided.
• 100% cancellation charges will apply for last-minute cancellations due to flight cancellation, natural calamity, travel schedule changes, technical issues, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
