• Cancellation 30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellation 15–30 days before departure: 70% of total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellation within 10 days before departure: 85% of total package cost will be charged.
• Due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or unavoidable situations, activities may be changed or cancelled. Alternate arrangements will be provided wherever possible. No refund will be provided for unused services.
• Last-minute cancellations due to flight cancellations, natural calamities, weather conditions, or operational issues will attract 100% cancellation charges.

• Advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Full payment must be completed before the tour commencement.
• Valid government-issued ID proof is compulsory during travel.
• Tour bookings cannot be transferred to another person.
• No refund will be provided for unused services or missed activities.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey.
