- 15–30 days before departure: 70% cancellation charges
- 0–10 days before departure: 85% cancellation charges
- In case of weather or government restrictions, alternative arrangements may be provided; however, no refund will be issued
Important Note
In case of heavy snowfall or road blockage, vehicles may be replaced with snow jeeps or Sumo (with snow chains). Any additional charges will be payable directly to local taxi unions.
