- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, certain activities may be cancelled. We will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative experience wherever possible; however, no refund will be provided for an activity cancelled due to such circumstances.
- 100% cancellation charges may apply to last-minute cancellations arising from flight cancellations, natural calamities, changes in flight schedules, ferry disruptions, adverse weather, high tides, or sea conditions.
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, supplier, season, and services booked. The final cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
