We will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative wherever possible; however, no refund will be guaranteed for unused services.
- 100% cancellation charges may apply to last-minute cancellations caused by flight/train cancellations, changes in travel schedules, natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the company's control.
- Cancellation charges may vary depending on the individual policies of hotels, transportation providers, and other service providers. The cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking will prevail.
