- Cancellation 30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation 15–30 days before departure: 70% of total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation within 0–10 days before departure: 85% of total package cost will be charged.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances.
- Last-minute cancellations due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, or technical/weather issues will attract 100% cancellation charges.
- In case of lockdown or emergency situations, a credit note may be provided as per applicable terms.

- Early check-in or late checkout depends on availability.
- Travel plans may change due to weather, road conditions, or government regulations.
- In case of heavy snowfall or difficult road conditions, alternate vehicles may be arranged with additional charges payable directly by travelers.
