• Cancellation 30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellation 15–30 days before departure: 70% of total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellation within 0–10 days before departure: 85% of total package cost will be charged.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, flight cancellations, road closures, or natural calamities.
• In case of unavoidable situations, alternate arrangements will be attempted wherever possible.
