- Cancellation 30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation 15–30 days before departure: 70% of total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation within 0–10 days before departure: 85% of total package cost will be charged.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances.
- Last-minute cancellations due to flight cancellation, natural calamity, or technical/weather issues will attract 100% cancellation charges.
- Emergency situations may be handled through a credit note as per applicable terms.
