• Cancellation 15–30 days before departure: 70% of the total package cost will be charged.
• Cancellation within 0–10 days before departure: 85% of the total package cost will be charged.
• No refund will be provided for unused services or activities due to personal reasons.
• In case of weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, alternative arrangements will be attempted wherever possible; refunds will depend on service providers' policies.
