- Cancellation 15–30 days before departure: 70% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation within 0–10 days before departure: 85% of the total package cost will be charged.
- In case of unexpected weather conditions, government restrictions, or natural circumstances, activities may be changed or cancelled. No refund will be provided for cancelled activities.
- 100% cancellation charges will apply for last-minute cancellations due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, technical issues, weather conditions, strikes, or unavoidable circumstances.
