- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will attract a cancellation charge of 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure will attract a cancellation charge of 70% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 0–10 days before departure will attract a cancellation charge of 85% of the total package cost.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions or operational issues, certain activities may be cancelled. Wherever possible, an alternative activity will be offered. No refund will be provided for activities cancelled due to such circumstances.
- 100% cancellation charges may apply for last-minute cancellations caused by flight cancellations, natural calamities, changes to flight schedules, ferry cancellations, adverse weather, high tides or sea conditions.
Note: Cancellation charges may vary depending on the hotel's, airline's, transporter's and local supplier's individual policies. The applicable cancellation policy will be confirmed at the time of booking.

- The booking amount/deposit is non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
- The full trip payment must be received before the commencement of the tour. Failure to clear pending payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

- The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, local conditions, operational requirements or changes imposed by local authorities.
- Whale-watching and other sea-based activities are subject to weather, sea conditions and seasonal availability.
- Hotel rooms, romantic dinner arrangements and other special honeymoon arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Any additional expense incurred due to circumstances beyond the operator's control will be payable by the traveller.
