We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative wherever possible; however, no refund will be guaranteed for unused services.
- 100% cancellation charges may apply to last-minute cancellations resulting from flight/train cancellations, changes in travel schedules, natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond the company's control.
- Cancellation charges may vary for non-refundable hotel, camp, transportation, or activity bookings. The applicable cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking will prevail.
