- Cancellation made 15–30 days before the trip date: 70% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made within 0–10 days before the trip date: 85% of the total package cost will be charged.
- In case of unexpected weather conditions, government restrictions, or natural circumstances, certain activities may be cancelled. We will try our best to provide alternatives; however, no refund will be provided.
- 100% cancellation charges will apply for last-minute cancellations due to flight cancellation, natural calamities, technical issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances.
