- 5% GST is not included in the package price and will be charged additionally.
- Early Check-in: Hotel check-in before the standard check-in time of 11:00 AM is subject to availability and additional charges.
- Late Check-out: Hotel check-out after the standard check-out time of 8:00 AM is subject to availability and additional charges.
- Personal Expenses: Any expenses of a personal nature, including laundry, telephone calls, room service, snacks, beverages, shopping, tips, or other personal purchases.
- Travel Delays: Any additional accommodation, meals, transportation, or other expenses arising due to delays in travel.
- Meals Not Included: Lunch and any other meals or beverages not specifically mentioned under the package inclusions.
- Air/Rail Fare: Any airfare or railway fare not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.
- Transportation from Manali/Srinagar: Any transportation arrangements originating from or connecting through Manali or Srinagar are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Parking & Entry Fees: Parking charges, monument entry fees, camera fees, and other applicable sightseeing charges are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Additional costs arising due to flight cancellations, landslides, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Additional Services: Any service, activity, facility, or expense not specifically mentioned under the Package Inclusions.
- Note: Any additional expenses arising from circumstances beyond the control of Time To Book Holidays will be payable directly by the traveler.

- Upon arrival at Leh Airport, our designated vehicle will transfer you to the hotel. After check-in, the rest of the day will be kept completely relaxed to help your body adjust to Ladakh's high altitude.
- Take adequate rest, stay well hydrated, and avoid strenuous physical activities. In the evening, your trip captain will conduct a detailed briefing covering the itinerary, safety guidelines, and important information for the journey ahead.
- Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Leh.
- Important Note: Airport pickup is available at 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Pickup timings are fixed, so please plan your flight accordingly.

Important Notes
- Cancellation and batch-shifting requests must be made in writing.
- The applicable cancellation period will be calculated based on the date the cancellation request is received.
- Batch shifting is subject to availability in the requested batch and may be subject to applicable charges or fare differences.
- The booking amount, wherever applicable, will be handled as per the cancellation terms mentioned above.
- No refund will be applicable for cancellations made 14 days or less before the trip commencement date.
- Any additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other third-party suppliers due to cancellation or modification will be payable by the traveler, wherever applicable.
- Credit Note: The Booking Amount will be credited to your JW Profile which can be accessed by logging in to the website through your Phone Number & OTP. Credit Notes issued have no date of expiry and can be used entirely in any of your future trips.
- GST: Any GST charged on any transaction will not be refunded.
- Pending Refund: Any refund pending on your booking will be credited to the same mode of payment through which you paid in 5-7 working days.
- Partial Refund: Any case in which a partial refund will be issued will be calculated after deducting the Booking Amount and Cancellation Charges depending on the time of Cancellation.
- Remaining Amount: Will be calculated on the amount paid over and above the booking amount.
- Bypass Policy: Any and all Cancellation Policies are superseded by the Emergency Case Cancellation Policy in case of situations such as war, pandemics, force majeure, or similar extraordinary events affecting the tour region.
