Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellation 15–30 days before departure: 70% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellation 0–10 days before departure: 85% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Certain activities may be cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, or operational circumstances. Where possible, an alternative activity will be offered; however, no refund may be provided for the cancelled activity.
- In the event of last-minute cancellation caused by flight cancellation, natural calamity, ferry disruption, technical problems, severe weather, high tides, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control, cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the booking amount.
Note: Cancellation charges may vary depending on the hotel's, airline's, transporter's, attraction's, or local supplier's individual cancellation policies. The applicable cancellation policy will be confirmed at the time of booking.
