- Begin your scenic journey towards the cultural capital of Kandy.
- En route, visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and observe the elephants during their daily activities.
- Continue towards Kandy and check in to your hotel.

- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will attract a cancellation charge of 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure will attract a cancellation charge of 70% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 0–10 days before departure will attract a cancellation charge of 85% of the total package cost.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions or circumstances beyond our control, certain activities may be cancelled. Wherever possible, an alternative activity will be offered. No refund will be provided for activities that cannot be operated.
- 100% cancellation charges may apply for last-minute cancellations caused by flight cancellations, natural calamities, changes to flight/ferry schedules, technical issues, adverse weather conditions, high tides or sea conditions.
Terms & Conditions
- The upfront booking amount is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
- The complete package cost must be paid before the commencement of the tour. Failure to clear pending payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Travellers must carry valid government-issued identification documents.
- Booking transfers are not permitted. Only travellers whose names appear on the confirmed booking will be allowed to travel.
- No refund will be provided for unused inclusions, sightseeing, meals, transfers or services voluntarily not availed by the traveller.
- Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage and valuables throughout the journey. Time To Book Holidays and its partners will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to local conditions, weather, traffic, operational requirements or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Hotel names and room categories are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Any additional cost arising from itinerary changes requested by the traveller will be payable separately.
