- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, natural calamities, or operational disruptions, certain activities may be cancelled or modified. An alternative activity may be offered where possible; however, no refund will be provided for an activity that cannot be operated.
- In case of last-minute cancellation due to flight cancellation, natural calamity, ferry disruption, technical issues, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control, applicable cancellation charges may be up to 100%.
