Upon arrival at Velana International Airport, our representative will assist you with your transfer to your resort.

- Cancellation made 45 days or more before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made 30–44 days before departure: 70% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation made within 29 days of departure: 85% of the total package cost will be charged.
- No refund will be provided for unused services or no-shows.
- Tour schedules may change due to weather conditions, government regulations, or operational requirements. Suitable alternatives will be arranged whenever possible.
