- Cancellations made 15–30 days before the trip will incur a cancellation charge of 70% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made within 0–10 days before departure will incur a cancellation charge of 85% of the total package cost.
- Certain services such as hotels, transport, helicopter tickets, pony/palki services, and local transfers may have separate cancellation policies.
- In case of adverse weather, landslides, road closures, government restrictions, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our control, the itinerary may need to be modified or certain activities may be cancelled.
- We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement wherever possible. Additional costs, if any, will be borne by the traveller.
- No refund will be provided for services cancelled or unused due to circumstances beyond the company's control.
- Last-minute cancellations arising from flight cancellations, natural calamities, severe weather, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances may be subject to 100% cancellation charges, depending on supplier policies.
