• Cancellation made 15–30 days before the trip start date will attract 70% cancellation charges of the total package cost.

• Cancellation made within 0–10 days before the trip start date will attract 85% cancellation charges of the total package cost.

• In case of unexpected weather conditions, government restrictions, or natural circumstances, certain activities may be cancelled. We will try our best to provide suitable alternatives; however, no refund will be provided for such cancellations.

• 100% cancellation charges will apply for last-minute cancellations due to flight cancellation, natural calamity, changes in travel schedules, technical issues, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
