- 15–30 days before departure: 70% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 0–10 days before departure: 85% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

- In case of adverse weather, road closures, landslides, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, certain activities or routes may be modified or cancelled for safety reasons.
- The tour operator will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement wherever possible; however, refunds cannot be guaranteed for services affected by circumstances beyond the operator's control.
- Helicopter services, pony/palki services, local jeeps, and other third-party services are subject to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
