Wherever possible, an alternative arrangement will be offered. No refund will be provided for an activity that cannot be operated due to such circumstances.
- In case of last-minute cancellation caused by flight cancellation, natural calamity, technical issues, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances, cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the booking amount, depending on supplier policies.
- Cancellation and refund conditions may also vary according to the policies of individual hotels, transport providers, activity operators, and other service partners.
