Credit Note
If applicable, the booking amount may be issued as a credit note and added to the customer's profile. The credit note can be accessed by logging in with the registered mobile number and OTP. Unless otherwise specified, the credit note does not have an expiry date and may be used toward a future booking with Time To Book Holidays.
GST
GST and other applicable government taxes already charged and deposited against a transaction are non-refundable, wherever applicable.
Pending Refund
If a refund is approved and remains pending after cancellation, the eligible amount will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the booking. Processing may take approximately 5–7 working days, depending on the payment gateway and banking institution.
Partial Refund
Where only a partial refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be determined after deducting the applicable booking amount, cancellation charges, and any other non-refundable charges associated with the booking. The deductions may vary depending on the date and time of cancellation.
Balance / Remaining Amount
The refundable balance, if any, will be calculated based on the amount actually received from the customer after accounting for the applicable booking amount, cancellation charges, taxes, and other non-refundable components.
Extraordinary Circumstances
In the event of extraordinary circumstances such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events that materially affect the destination or operation of a tour, the applicable cancellation and refund terms may be modified based on the circumstances and the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other service providers involved in the booking.
Time To Book Holidays will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and communicate the available options, including rescheduling, credit, or refund, where applicable.
