- Cancellation 45 days or more before arrival: Free cancellation for the land package, subject to applicable booking conditions.
- Cancellation 44 to 31 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation 30 days or less before travel: 90% cancellation charges.
Note: Cancellation conditions may vary depending on hotels, activities, transportation providers, and other suppliers. The applicable cancellation policy will be confirmed at the time of booking.

- All students and group members must carry valid government-issued identification documents.
- Only guests whose names are provided during booking will be permitted to travel unless a name change is approved in advance.
- No refund will be provided for services or inclusions voluntarily not used by the guests.
- Outdoor activities, including optional trekking, are subject to weather conditions, safety requirements, local regulations, and operator availability.
- The itinerary may be modified when necessary because of weather, traffic, local regulations, safety requirements, or circumstances beyond the control of Time To Book Holidays.
- Group members are responsible for their personal belongings, baggage, and valuables throughout the journey.
- Time To Book Holidays will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Any additional expenses arising from itinerary changes caused by adverse weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control will be payable by the guests where applicable.
