Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure will attract a cancellation fee of 70% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of departure will attract a cancellation fee of 85% of the total package cost.
- In case of adverse weather, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances, certain activities may be modified or cancelled. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative wherever possible.
- No refund will be provided for activities cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.
- In case of last-minute cancellation caused by flight cancellation, natural calamity, severe weather, road closure or other unavoidable circumstances, cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the booking amount.
- Any additional expenses arising from weather-related transportation changes will be payable by the traveller.
Terms & Conditions
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM, subject to the accommodation provider's policy.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- The itinerary may change depending on weather, road conditions, local regulations and other operational circumstances.
- The Tungnath and Chandrashila trek requires a reasonable level of physical fitness.
- Travellers should carry suitable trekking shoes, warm clothing, rain protection, personal medicines and other essential items.
- During heavy snowfall or adverse weather, regular vehicles may not be able to reach certain points.
- In such circumstances, local snow jeeps or vehicles equipped for snow conditions may be arranged, subject to availability.
- Any additional charges for such local transportation will be payable directly by the traveller.
- The actual trekking route and transportation arrangements may vary depending on local conditions.
- Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey.
- Time To Book Holidays will not be responsible for delays or itinerary changes caused by weather, road closures, landslides, snowfall or other circumstances beyond its control.

The Tungnath–Chandrashila trek involves steep terrain and high altitude. Weather conditions can change rapidly in the Himalayas. Travellers should be physically prepared and follow the instructions of the tour coordinator throughout the trek.
