- Cancellation within 0–10 days before departure: 85% cancellation charges.
- In case of weather conditions, government restrictions, landslides, or unavoidable circumstances, alternate arrangements will be attempted; however, refunds will not be provided for cancelled services.

- Remaining 50% payment must be made 15 days before departure.
- Hotel check-in/check-out time is generally 12:00 PM.
- Rates are applicable on a twin-sharing basis.
- Rooms will be held for a maximum period of 72 hours.
- Any cancellation or amendment before 15 days will attract communication charges of ₹500 per person.
- The company will not be responsible for itinerary changes due to weather, landslides, road conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- AC facilities will not operate in hill areas.
- Guests must carry valid government photo ID proof during travel.

- Below 5 years: Complimentary (without bed).
- 5–10 years: 50% of adult cost without extra bed.
