Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip: 50% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation 15–29 days before the trip: 70% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Cancellation 0–14 days before the trip: 85% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Certain services, hotels, transportation, activities, and other components may have separate cancellation conditions.
Weather & Operational Conditions
If activities are cancelled because of adverse weather, government restrictions, sea conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control, an alternative activity may be offered wherever reasonably possible. No refund will be provided for an activity that cannot be operated when an alternative arrangement is offered or where the supplier's terms do not permit a refund.
For last-minute cancellations or changes caused by flight cancellations, airline schedule changes, ferry disruptions, technical issues, natural events, high tides, rough sea conditions, or similar circumstances, cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the applicable booking amount, depending on supplier policies.

- Any applicable advance payment may be non-refundable according to the confirmed booking conditions.
- The full trip payment must be completed before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All travelers must carry valid government-issued identification and required travel documents.
- Only guests whose names are provided at the time of booking will be permitted to travel unless a name change is approved in advance.
- Booking transfers are not permitted without prior written approval.
- No refund will be provided for inclusions or services voluntarily not used by the traveler.
- Island tours and ferry or speedboat transfers are subject to weather, sea conditions, safety regulations, and operator availability.
- Water sports are subject to safety requirements, weather conditions, age restrictions, and operator availability.
- The itinerary may be adjusted when necessary because of weather, traffic, local regulations, safety requirements, operational restrictions, or circumstances beyond the control of Time To Book Holidays.
- Travelers are responsible for their baggage, valuables, and personal belongings throughout the trip.
- Time To Book Holidays will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Any additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond the operator's control will be payable by the traveler where applicable.
- Package prices are subject to availability and may change depending on travel dates, season, accommodation, transportation, exchange rates, government taxes, and other operational factors.
- The final inclusions, exclusions, cancellation conditions, and price will be confirmed in the booking confirmation issued by Time To Book Holidays.
