- Cancellation 45 days or more before arrival: Free cancellation for the land package, subject to applicable booking conditions.
- Cancellation 44 to 31 days before travel: 50% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation 30 days or less before travel: 90% cancellation charges.

- The candlelight dinner arrangement, menu, location, and decoration may vary depending on the selected hotel or restaurant.
- The itinerary may be modified when necessary because of weather, traffic, local regulations, safety requirements, or circumstances beyond the control of Time To Book Holidays.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, baggage, and valuables throughout the journey.
- Time To Book Holidays will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Any additional expenses arising from itinerary changes caused by adverse weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control will be payable by the guests where applicable.
Important Weather & Transportation Note: If any scheduled transportation, sightseeing, or outdoor activity cannot operate because of adverse weather, heavy rain, rough sea conditions, road closures, or other safety-related circumstances, an alternative arrangement may be offered wherever reasonably possible. Any additional cost for such alternative arrangements, if applicable, will be payable directly by the guests.
