- Cancellation 30 days or more before the trip start date: 50% of the total package cost may be charged as cancellation fees.
- Cancellation 15–30 days before the trip start date: 70% of the total package cost may be charged.
- Cancellation 0–10 days before the trip start date: 85% of the total package cost may be charged.
- Airline, hotel, cruise, and activity suppliers may have separate cancellation policies that supersede the general cancellation terms.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, operational disruptions, or safety concerns, certain activities may be modified or cancelled. Where possible, an alternative activity may be arranged.
- No refund may be provided for activities cancelled or modified due to circumstances beyond the operator's control.
- For last-minute cancellations caused by flight cancellation, natural calamities, significant weather conditions, technical issues, ferry disruptions, high tides, or changes to flight/ferry schedules, cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the applicable booking amount, depending on supplier policies.
- The final cancellation amount will be determined according to the confirmed booking terms.

- Hanoi Train Street access is subject to local regulations and safety restrictions and may be changed or removed from the itinerary when required.
- Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum visits are subject to official opening days, timings, security requirements, and local regulations.
