Wherever possible, an alternative arrangement will be offered; however, refunds for such changes are not guaranteed.
Last-minute cancellations caused by circumstances such as transportation disruptions, natural calamities, or changes in travel schedules may be subject to 100% cancellation charges, depending on the service provider's terms.
