- Cancellations made 15–30 days before the trip start date will attract a cancellation charge of 70% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made within 0–10 days before the trip start date will attract a cancellation charge of 85% of the total package cost.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, certain activities may be cancelled. Wherever possible, an alternative feasible activity will be offered; however, no refund will be provided for activities cancelled due to such circumstances.
- For last-minute cancellations caused by flight cancellations, natural calamities, changes in flight schedules, technical issues, or other unavoidable circumstances, cancellation charges may apply up to 100% of the booking amount, depending on the applicable supplier policies.
- Any applicable refund or credit note will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers and the booking conditions applicable to the package.
