- Cancellations made 15–30 days before the trip start date will incur a cancellation fee of 70% of the total package cost.
- Cancellations made 0–14 days before the trip start date will incur a cancellation fee of 85% of the total package cost.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, certain activities may be cancelled or modified. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative wherever possible; however, no refund will be guaranteed for unused services.
- 100% cancellation charges may apply to last-minute cancellations caused by flight/train cancellations, changes in travel schedules, natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the company's control.
- Cancellation charges may vary depending on the individual policies of hotels, desert camps, transportation providers, and other service providers. The cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking will prevail.
