- Wherever possible, an alternative arrangement will be provided. Any additional cost arising from such changes will be payable by the traveller.
- Last-minute cancellations related to flight/train cancellations, schedule changes, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances will be subject to the applicable cancellation charges.
- The unrelated Kerala/COVID-19 lockdown clause has been removed.
