- In case of unforeseen weather conditions, government restrictions, natural calamities, or other circumstances beyond our control, certain activities may be modified or cancelled. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives; however, refunds may not be available for such changes.
- Last-minute cancellations resulting from flight cancellations, natural calamities, technical issues, weather conditions, or transportation disruptions will be handled according to the applicable booking terms.
- Any rescheduling, credit note, or alternative arrangement, where applicable, will be subject to availability and prevailing package rates.

- The advance amount paid towards the booking is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the trip. Pending payments may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Travellers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and present it during hotel check-in or whenever required.
