- Pickup and departure towards Manali in Volvo / Private Cab (as per preference)

Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days before departure: 50% cancellation charges
- 15–30 days before departure: 70% cancellation charges
- 0–10 days before departure: 85% cancellation charges
- In case of weather issues or government restrictions, alternative arrangements may be provided; however, no refund will be issued
Important Note
In case of heavy snowfall or road closures, vehicles may be replaced with snow-capable jeeps or Sumo (with snow chains). Any additional charges for such arrangements will be payable directly by guests to local transport unions.
